Use of the service
DraftSend provides tools for newsletter drafting, content management, publishing workflows,
and related campaign operations. By using the service, users agree to use the platform lawfully
and in a way that does not interfere with the security, reliability, or proper operation of the service.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities
that occur under their account. Access may be suspended or restricted if misuse, abuse, or suspicious
behavior is detected.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Do not use DraftSend to distribute content in violation of applicable law or platform policy.
- Do not upload or publish material you do not have the right to use.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans may include recurring billing, feature limits, or tier-based access. Pricing, billing cadence,
and plan entitlements are subject to the terms presented at purchase. Failure to maintain payment may result
in reduced access, suspension, or account limitations.
Content responsibility
Users remain responsible for the content they create, edit, publish, or distribute through DraftSend,
including AI-assisted outputs. DraftSend may provide tools and automation, but does not assume responsibility
for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of user-generated content.
Changes to the service
DraftSend may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Reasonable efforts
may be made to communicate material changes, especially where they affect subscriptions, data handling, or core functionality.
